Scope of Works:

Full planning, specifying and management of the construction of a new lift shaft, and the installation of a new 21 person MRL passenger lift.  The lift shaft was constructed internally, with the installation of a new bedroom, the removal of a small satellite kitchen, and the relocation of a single shower room.
 
Many months of planning and selection of numerous possible locations for the lift finally resulted in the lift being installed in a position which most had difficulty imagining a lift in.  The forward vision of our design team and the Client's Architect ensured that there was no doubt in the suitability of the new location.
 
Extreme care was taken to ensure all residents were kept informed at all stages of works, particularly during difficult periods such as forming of the new pit, and cutting through the existing floor slabs.  All building works, planning and building regulations approvals formed part of the lift contract, with Adept Elevators Site Services being the building sub-contractor to Titan Elevators.
 
After completion of the project, the overwhelming comment has been "it looks as though it has always been there".

Scope of Works:

Full modernisations of 7 passenger lifts contained within 4 separate buildings.  Careful planning and coordination was essential throughout the entire project due to the sensitivity of the location, and the reliance upon the lifts by the building residents.
 
Heavy duty and proven materials such as GAL doors, patterned stainless steel, and Thames Valley control systems were utilised in order to meet the Client's requirement for a 25 year life span.

Scope of Works:

Full planning, specifying and management of the construction of two new lift shafts, and the installation of new MRL passenger lifts within Council run sheltered housing units.  Both lift shafts were constructed internally, with Esmonde House requiring the installation of a new galvanised exterior fire escape stair.
 
Extreme care was taken to ensure all residents were kept informed at all stages of works, particularly during difficult periods such as power changeovers, and the relocating of mains and heating water services.  All building works, planning and building regulations approvals formed part of the lift contract, with Adept Elevators Site Services being the building sub-contractor to Accord Lifts.

Full modernisations of 6 passenger lifts contained within 3 building cores in one of London's most prestigious Grade 1 listed buildings.
 
Extreme care was taken in selecting materials and finishes, and gaining approvals from City of London Planning, which would not only be sympathetic to the the wealth of original wood and stone within the building, but would also allow modern day expectations of lift service to be met by the building occupants.
